- [The Device Truth Audit](https://lincinnovations.com/audit): A 14-day, fixed-scope ($7,500) hardware-in-the-loop diagnostic for mobile, wearable, and companion-device teams. Two entry shapes: (a) Red or flaky suite: Week 1 clusters CI failure history by failure signature using ML failure clustering, Week 2 reproduces and root-causes the top offenders on physical iOS, Android, Wear OS, and watchOS hardware with live runtime debugging (JDWP/LLDB). (b) Green CI, hardware bugs still reaching users: the client lends one unit of their companion hardware and the bench loops BLE pairing, reconnect, background survival, and firmware-update flows across physical phones and watches. Deliverable: a prioritized engineering dossier with screen video, device logs, UI-tree diffs, and breakpoint-level root causes. We diagnose and rank. Your team implements.
- [Watch + phone run](https://lincinnovations.com/bench/watch-run): A fixed-price ($49) physical execution run on a real paired Galaxy Watch + phone (Galaxy S24 + Watch7, Galaxy A37 + Watch9) on the LINC HIL bench, delivering synchronized screen video of both devices, dual-device logcat, a short bug list, and run.json within 72 hours. ## Pricing

- **The Device Truth Audit (Standard Engagement)**: $7,500 fixed-scope, 14-day turnaround, one application, up to two platforms. Additional platforms or custom companion hardware are scoped in the SOW. The diagnostic stands alone with no ongoing commitment.
- **Scoped Single-Flow Baseline**: $2,500 fixed-scope diagnostic for a single platform and single critical flow, paired with a co-authored architecture case study.
- **Continuous HIL Bench Retainer (optional follow-on)**: $4,000 a month, month to month. Nightly physical-device regression runs against the client's application on their devices or ours, automated failure clustering, and a weekly engineering report.
- **Watch + phone run**: $49 per run on a physical paired watch + phone bench pair, with 72-hour turnaround.
