Apple Watch & Wear OS
DawnCup Fitness
A cup fills on your watch as you push harder. That is the whole idea.
How it works
DawnCup reads your motion and heart rate during a workout and turns the effort into one thing you can read at a glance. No charts to interpret mid-set. Just a cup, filling.
Start a workout on your watch. The cup fills as your intensity rises and settles back when you ease off. Haptics mark 25%, 50%, 75% and full, so you can feel where you are without looking at your wrist.
At the end you get a score out of 100 and a tier: Present, Effort, or Intensity.
Event boards
Share a score to an event board using a short join code. Everyone at the same session sees the same live leaderboard, ranked by score - typically projected on a screen in the room.
The phone app is a read-only viewer for those boards. Type the join code and it refreshes on its own. You do not need a watch to use it, so anyone in the room can follow along.
Privacy
No account. No sign-in. No ads.
Workout data stays on your watch unless you choose to share a score. A shared score carries the first name you type, your score and your workout duration, plus an effort rating if you add one - nothing that identifies you beyond the name you choose. There is no leaderboard you are added to without asking.
Requirements
Workouts need an Apple Watch or a Wear OS watch. The phone app works on its own as a board viewer.
